Omnis hosting has rather many complaints from customers and we can honestly say that only about three quarter of all users would recommend them. To be true to the hosting review we have to say that several complaints come from domain registration customers.
All in all I would not suggest using them unless you do not mind to spend time on the phone or in your email trying to get your hosting account back up and running. Omnis has been around since 1999.

Reliability:

Despite complaints Omnis uses high-speed Cisco®-powered Tier-1 Internet backbone systems that seem to work just fine. They seem to be working out any issues they may have had in the past and report great uptime in the last couple of month with barely any complaints.

Technical Support:

The good thing is the 30 day money back guarantee and a forum that allows users to find help as well as a toll-free number for help. People can help you quickly and know what they are talking about, very friendly as well.

Control Panel:

Omnis has a customer based panel that we are not familiar with so it would be unfair to rate it one way or another. It seems to be easy to use but again, we have not tried it so it would be unfair to rate it either way.

Why are they better?:

I would not say that they are better but that they are working hard on becoming a better host. Now if they can fix some issues they are certainly a host we would recommend until such time I suggest going with one of our other recommended hosting companies.

They offer great windows hosting and they seem to work hard on becoming a better and more reliable hosting company and offer a competitive price.
