Overview:

FastNext had as well way to many complaint including downtime and customer support non existence. Prices are fair but I rather have a host that has my site up and running and better support and would be willing to pay a few bucks more.

Reliability:

Does not seem to be very reliable. The only positive info we can find on this host is their own blogs and reports. It seems kind of fishy that the only good reliability info comes from their own websites and blog posts. There are even people that have created websites to talk about them and their missing service and support.

Technical Support:

There are even people that have created websites to talk about them and their missing service and support. People paid for domain names to get their word out. Usually that means they have a point right?

Control Panel:

FastNext offers the industry standard cPanel. cPanel is control panel that lets users interact using an icon-based interface just as your windows screen. Functions include account and domain management, mail management and access to FTP, Databases, Backups and all other relevant functions. Front page and SSL as well as Cron jobs can be done from here as well.

cPanel also offers a wizard which will guide you trough the complete process and help you learn the use of this interface in a fast, proficient and professional way.

Best used for:

Again a hosting provider we would urge you to stay away from and not choose if you do not have to. To many reports about problems and non existing customer support and know how.
