Latest reports show that the servers seem to be overloaded and that the customer support is rather slow and not very helpful.

We have received some reports of hosting being down and support tickets going unanswered for a extended period of time. Having a great track record we hope that this is just a small hiccup and that Apollo Hosting will recover fast and be back on track with its great support and their known reliability.

Technical Support:

Not what it used to be but not one of the worst. Apollo Hosting seemed to be having great customer support but have slowed down on response times and help provided.

Control Panel:

Apollo offers three different control panels. HSP Control Panel. Plesk 8 Control Panel. And last but not least Plesk 7.6 for Windows Control Panel. All panels are easy to work and use and are reliable and easy to get used to.

Best used for:

Not so sure at this time. Surely not a bad host but I would say best used for small companies or private sites.
